Kristie Lengel, B.S., CPT

Owner/ Exercise Physiologist

Kristie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University. She received her degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. Kristie holds a Certified Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

She has worked for a number of gyms around Long Island including; X-Sport Fitness, Peak Performance Physical Therapy/Health & Wellness, and Dolphin Fitness. Kristie specializes in weight management. As the creator of the L.E.A.R.N. mission Kristie plans to lead the fitness revolution for all ages with her passion, dedication, and desire to make a difference.

 

RJ Cincotta

Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

RJ Cincotta earned his Bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University in Physical Education in 2006 where he also studied Health and Wellness. He has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for Planet Fitness and World Gym. RJ has also been a Head Sports Coach for multiple sports including Lacrosse, Soccer, and Basketball since 2005. He has been involved in a variety of different Sports Clinics where his main focus was Strength and Conditioning along with overall Athletic Performance for different athletes ranging from the Beginner to College level. RJ is a Certified Physical Education Teacher for ages K-12, a Certified personal Trainer, and has multiple certifications in the field of health, nutrition, strength and conditioning , coaching, and physical education.

 

Chris Lemieszewski

Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

Chris Lemieszewski earned his Bachelor’s degree from Queens College in Exercise Science and Nutrition in 2003. His training expertise includes training for athletic performance, corrective exercise as well as total body overall conditioning. Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Personal trainer. He has multiple certifications in the field of nutrition and flexibility training. He has been a trainer and group fitness instructor for Xsport Fitness, NYSC, Velocity Sports and Performance as well as a stint on the New York Jets Strength and Conditioning Staff.

 

Diana Benigno

Certified Yoga Instructor

Diana graduated from the 200 HR Certification Program at the Yoga and Polarity Center in Malverne, New York, in May 2011.  Thrilled to be on the L.E.A.R.N. team, she supports the vision of a healthier lifestyle through a balance of physical activity and proper nutrition. She has also taught at BCKickboxing, also in Malverne, and the new Bally Sport in Bay Shore. She guides her students as they form their own relationships with their breath, mind, and body, which she strives for continually in her own practice.

Her goal through her teaching is to help others release tension in the form of the poses (asanas,) while increasing flexibility.  Through Yoga those wishing to cross-train by stretching and juicing the muscles will benefit even more when paired with a cardiovascular workout. She believes Yoga can decrease stress and balance the nervous system by drawing students back to the present moment and to the sensations that arise in the body. Ultimately she has discovered, through frequent practice, the greatest benefit of yoga is a sense of lightness and Peace, which has expanded to all aspects of her life.

 

Sarah Hahl

Day Care

Sarah has worked with young children for over five years providing child care in homes and local community centers. She has obtained a degree in Psychology from Adelphi University and is currently working on her masters degree in Early Childhood Special Education.
